We currently have 122 top level packages with issues - and it's not reasonable to expect that we will review all 122+ packages (that collectively represent hundreds of issues) every time we make a change to our dependencies.  We need some way of only seeing issues based on a lockfile diff we provide, or we need the ability to review and clear specific package warnings in your interface.
